ProcessSports360 offers a variety of online, group sessions, and on-site consultation programs for baseball teams in Northern New Jersey. Each provides youth-team coaches with leadership skills to help players grow in confidence, effort, and resilience.

We believe every young athlete – whether tee-baller or elite travel team player – deserves clear guidance and friendly support. That’s why we focus on simple, practical, time-tested methods that build a positive team culture of success.

    In your league, is there one team every parent wants their kid on? One team no one wants? That’s a problem. When some coaches put winning above all else, while others focus on sportsmanship, when some are drill-sergeant organized and others can’t remember what field they’re playing on, the league will struggle all season long. Parents will complain, fights will erupt, kids will quit. ProcessSports360 group meetings will focus on creating excellence through discussion of non-negotiable standards/ practice strategies that maximize development/ game day preparation/ take-away tips to ensure all coaches understand the goals of the league and all players are having fun, learning, and staying motivated. Gather your league coaches together for a meeting that will put them all on the same page as they prepare for a positive season.

    Our coaches will observe your practice or game and meet with the team coaches afterwards to offer practical recommendations on organization, instruction, and team engagement.

  • Free monthly online group meetings with fellow coaches

    “Let’s Talk Baseball” will throw out a topic each month and give youth baseball coaches an opportunity to talk about their experiences, challenges, and successes. This forum will be moderated by Coach Joe, but led by the needs and concerns of attending coaches who will give and gain tips and advice right from their living room couch.
